AC guys came to the rescue multiple times. I have 2 ACs and they only have problems on weekends or the day before I am hosting a big party. David G was absolutely fantastic. Super professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me in a way that actually made sense and helped me understand how serious the situation could have become had I waited longer to call.

What I appreciated most was that he did NOT try to upsell me or pressure me into unnecessary repairs or replacements like a lot of companies do. Instead, he focused on fixing the issue correctly, getting my system back where it needed to be, and ultimately saving me thousands of dollars.

He recommended just doing another maintenance service toward the end of the year and monitoring things from there, which I really respected because it showed honesty rather than trying to make a sale.

We had our regular HVAC System service scheduled on a Monday The technician , David , who has serviced our system in the past noted our pressures were low. We had a new HVAC system installed by the AC Guys

I’ve worked with AC Guys on 2 different units and they took care of the situation wonderfully. This week I had a problem with my heater during some very cold FL days. The receptionist was very kind and got me on the schedule that day. David came out and examined the whole unit and found dangerous breakers in my electric panel causing the air and heat to turn off. Even found an electric burning smell in the house and the AC breaker heating up. Got it all fixed and taken care of. Now our heat and air is working properly. Thanks guys!
