Low-Cost Air Conditioning Repair, Winter Garden, FL

I had been putting off replacing my AC unit for a few years. With the unit approaching 20 years old, I new it was time to replace. I got several quotes from different companies in May of 2024. The other companies only wanted to sell super expensive high end units that were completely out of budget at $20k+. David from the AC Guys was excellent to work with. He listened to my needs and budget and provided very competitive pricing at less than half of what other companies were trying to sell. Install was completed within a few days at the end of May, right before the weather started to get a lot warmer. On install day, the 2 technicians arrived early and did a great job of installing, explaining everything, removing the old unit and cleaning up. They were very polite and professional. The customer service folks in the office were also super friendly and helpful. Over the hottest summer months we experienced about a 40-50% energy savings with our new Goodman AC compared to the 20 year old Lennox that we had. I am very pleased with the AC Guys. Thanks!

Easy to make an appointment, technicians arrived on time, provided accurate price quotes. AC Work was high quality and they are the only vendor that looked up that our AC unit was under warranty, which saved us money. Highly recommend.

Friendly, FAST, reasonable. I put in two units 2 years ago. They had the best price and also came the next day and had everything up and running before they left!! All the techs are courteous and knowledgeable. I don't have to call often, but when I had a problem they were there for me and came right away and I was back up and running the next day. Premium service and support with reasonable and transparent prices. No surprises. One of the few companies that always makes me happy. They make everything easy.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was in desperate need of my AC to run as it is summer in Florida. I put in an inquiry online before working hours and immediately Ashley reached out to me. I called at around 11:45 am and a technician was to my house by 12. The issue with my AC was diagnosed and fixed by 12:30. The service was amazing and quick. I would 100% recommend and use AC Guys again.

5 star only because I can't give more! I can't say enough good things about this company!!! The techs were amazing!! Explained everything to us, the price was so much lower than expected, 1 unit went out on Friday and they came out checked both units and were here first thing in the morning on Saturday and had new unit installed!!!! No hidden charges no wait!!!! They really went above all expectations!! I know people that used some of the big companies and have had to wait weeks for an install. On a side note this is the second time I have used them (last year for general systems check) and both times the techs had such wonderful things to say about their job and the owners of this company!!! It Really shows in the pride they took in their work. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs anything done! I have already given their info to several people!!!! I have been using AC Guys for the past 6 years. They have done my annual maintenance as well as a couple minor repairs. Yesterday they came out and replaced an evaporator coil due to a leak. Ashley(hope I'm spelling her name correctly) was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and keeping me up to date with information and time frames. She went above and beyond to ensure quality service. The repair was done efficiently and we were left very happy with the service. The price was also much lower than the competitors! Thanks again and I will continue to use you guys in the future.

My AC went down Saturday when I got home from shopping around noon and call AC guys and they had someone out here within two hours. The technician was awesome very informative and told me upfront what the problem was and what it was gonna cost to repair it and had the parts necessary on his truck to do the job wow very impressive. I would recommend them to anybody in the area.

Called five places, they got me on the books sooner than the others. Our service tech David was efficient, friendly, and competent. The service charge was reasonable. I recommend without reservation!

David Getchell came out to service our ac unit before the really hot weather gets here. They were on time as they always are, They are very professional and they treat you like family. David was very thorough and very personable and tells it like it is, they had replaced my coils last year and were less expensive than Bayonet, as Bayonet was the one that installed Lennox air conditioning units in this new subdivision. They are night and day between all other AC companies, they are like family. Great job Dave and AC Guys! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Go Pats!!

Quick response, reasonable rates, great service even follow up visit.Update: just noticed owner's response a year ago. I do not give 5 stars to work that is not exceptional. A "5" should only be given to work that goes well beyond what is expected. I had to call for follow up work because technician forgot to close something.Work that is done properly in accordance with the order and fee charged should only get a "4" star. Now, if the company or the worker provided something that was well beyond that - that's a "5" star. This is the same as when you are doing a performance evaluation on an employee. IT SHOULD BE EARNED.

Well it was at about time there was no reason to dump any more money into my 17-year-old AC unit. So I called up on AC guys because my AC needed a new motor for the fan no worth fixing so they came the next day 8:30 in the morning everything is done by 1230 Quinton was great very professional likes to get her done there was another gentleman with him but I can’t remember his name he was very nice also and yes I will recommend them to anyone happy lady thank you very much
