We had a good experience with The AC Guys on August 11. We noticed that our AC blower had stopped working and called them right away. With temperatures around 95° and a heat index well over 100°, being without air conditioning in Florida is definitely not something you want to deal with!

The AC Guys were able to come out within just a couple of hours, which we really appreciated, especially considering how busy AC companies are during this kind of extreme heat. Unfortunately, the problem turned out to be the blower motor, which needed to be replaced and couldn’t be repaired on the spot. Thankfully, the motor was under warranty, and they were able to locate a replacement.

They returned the very next day, removed the old blower motor, installed the new one, and got our AC back up and running. From the initial phone call to getting everything taken care of, their response time and service were excellent. We’ve dealt with companies in the past where it can be difficult just to get a call back, so having someone respond quickly and follow through was greatly appreciated.

We were so pleased with the experience that we signed up for their maintenance plan to have them come out twice a year and make sure everything continues to run properly.

The AC Guys are now our go-to AC company, and we’ll definitely continue using them. Highly recommend!

Prompt and professional service

AC guys came to the rescue multiple times. I have 2 ACs and they only have problems on weekends or the day before I am hosting a big party. AC guys are the absolute best the technicians are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. When 1 of my ACs needed to be replaced. AC Guys had the new one in the next day. I have their annual service plan, it is wonderful.

What I appreciated most was that he did NOT try to upsell me or pressure me into unnecessary repairs or replacements like a lot of companies do. Instead, he focused on fixing the issue correctly, getting my system back where it needed to be, and ultimately saving me thousands of dollars.

He recommended just doing another maintenance service toward the end of the year and monitoring things from there, which I really respected because it showed honesty rather than trying to make a sale.

You can tell David genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in his work. I’m extremely grateful I called when I did and even more grateful that he was the technician who showed up. Highly recommend.

Repair man was at my home shortly after I called in. I loved that I received a text letting me know he was on his way. Repair man was knowledgeable about my system and had my A/C blowing cold air in no time. Pricing was super fair and no extra charge even thought I needed a same day service. A/C Guys did a great job of communicating, showing up and replacing our old unit to the new unit. All staff we interacted with was so nice to work with.

We had our regular HVAC System service scheduled on a Monday The technician , David , who has serviced our system in the past noted our pressures were low. We had a new HVAC system installed by the AC Guys
The installers were respectful of our property , efficient and knowledgeable. The installation took approximately 4 1/2 hrs with resting of the system. I highly recommend the company.

Excellent job with the installation

The technician was very friendly and professional. He detected a problem with my thermostat. I told him I would order a new one since it was a nest thermostat. He came out the next day and installed it for me.
