- Troubleshoot. When you speak to a representative on our team, they may ask you some troubleshooting questions to get an idea of what the problem might be. It is important to pause for a moment and think about what has changed. Has your unit been struggling to maintain temperature? Has it made any troubling noises of late? If so, this may be important to communicate to the person who will repair your machine.
- Stay Cool. As you wait for a repair person to arrive and help you with your AC repair, you will need to keep cool—literally. First, you can get into some summer clothes (shorts are so much cooler than long pants!) You should also be sure to stay hydrated, especially if it is a very hot day.
