David, Tom, & team were incredibly helpful in installing a brand new unit for our home in Clermont!After my wife and I lost AC for consecutive days, we were at a loss and contacted AC Guys based on past reviews. By the next day David came out and thoroughly evaluated our system, walking me step by step through his check, he took time to explain and show exactly where the faults were in our ancient unit.David was incredibly helpful and transparent in discussing pricing with my wife and I. I didnt once get the impression of any unwanted upselling tactics that Ive experienced with other AC companies, and he had a temporary fix put in place to save us from sweating things out until a replacement could be installed.The following day after deciding to replace our unit Tom and his partner came out to complete installation and were incredibly communicative and efficient.The unit passed inspection without a hitch and we are very grateful to have been helped so quickly!

They showed up promptly on a Saturday after our A/c stopped running. They were able to diagnose the problem and come out Monday afternoon and repair it under warranty. I definitely would recommend and would buy a new system with them as well if needed.

Wallace from AC Guys came out and helped me diagnose my AC which kept turning off. It's a new 4 ton iAir system, so I couldn't figure out why it was doing what it was doing. Turns out it was a congealed up drain line that only thorough cleaning would fix. They were on time and professional, didn't hurt my wallet and didn't try to up-sell me on things i didn't need. Looking at you Frank Gay....I will highly recommend you give these Guys a try!

Our AC unit was freezing up and our technician David did a few things to get the unit going until we could get a replacement. Our unit was 19 years old so I knew we needed a new one.The two install guys were great, and so were the people who claimed our events.They were all friendly and answered any questions I had.Everyone seems very knowledgeable! The install guy Explain to us how to do preventative maintenance.I am pleased with everyone and the company!I would definitely recommend them in the future to someone who needs help with their HVAC
